Three steps above heaven is a teenage romantic drama that tells the story of two youths that belong to opposite worlds. It chronicles an improbable, almost impossible, but unavoidable relationship, that will sweep up the couple into a frenetic journey where together they will discover their first great love. She (María Valverde) is a high middle-class girl educated amidst kindness, innocence and rules. He (Mario Casas) is a rebellious, impulsive, reckless boy, lover of risks and danger, tangled into an endless cycle of fights and illegal motorcycle races, pushing the limits of common sense.
