Julia Ponce (Carla Campra), daughter of the court painter, arrives at the royal palace and is captivated by its dazzling atmosphere. There she meets Gonzalo (Carlos Cuevas), the crown prince, who has returned to Spain, forced by the King, to get married. Surrounding the impossible and prohibited relationship between Julia and Gonzalo, intrigues, jealousy and passion are unleashed in a court full of ambitions, deceit and revenge. Parties, clandestine meetings, a secret society of women who conspire for power... And, in the middle of it all, Julia and Gonzalo struggle to live their love.
