Like any young man, Luis is about to experience great changes. He is married to an unknown cousin and is about to inherit the Spanish throne. In the middle of the 18th century this would be a happy episode in the life of any prince. XVIII this would be a happy episode in the life of any prince, but Louis is not going to have it easy. With a rebellious wife (Louise of Orleans, Alicia Armenteros), an alienated father (Philip V, Javier Gutierrez) and a conniving stepmother (Isabella of Farnese, Leonor Watling), Louis I (Carlos Scholz) has to start his reign. Luckily for him, the troubles will soon be over.
